Understanding Legal and Regulatory Framework on Advocacy around the Voice Referendum
Stronger Charities Alliance, in partnership with ACOSS and Australian Democracy Network, hosted this webinar to help charities understand the legal and regulatory framework for advocacy around the Voice Referendum.
The webinar explained ACNC's advice on advocacy around the Voice Referendum and the referendum disclosure scheme as per Part VIIIA of the Referendum (Machinery Provisions) Act 1984 (Referendum Act).

Sue explained ACNC’s advice, and Tracey and Sheridan described the referendum disclosure scheme. They also answered various questions by charities.
This webinar was for Australian charities who are interested in, or planning to, advocate around the Voice Referendum.
The event was held online via Zoom on 16 May 2023.
